No Wuckas Returns Policy

Effective from 20/01/2022

All full price purchases are eligible for a store credit or refund. This includes the use of Welcome Codes.

Discounted, sale, or purchases made with a promotional discount code or store credit are not eligible for refunds. You can either exchange your item for another item of the same value or receive a store credit equal to the purchase value of the returned item.

Faulty product returns are submitted via the Skwosh Returns Centre and require clear pictures of the fault for approval prior to returning the item. Store Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

Once you have submitted your return our crew will review your request and respond within 1 business day. If your return has been approved, you’ll receive an email update with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please include a note with your full name, order number, and email address so we can match your parcel with your return request.

International returns (outside of Australia) can also be submitted through the Skwosh Returns Centre

Step One:

Enter your order number and email address. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email. It will start with an A followed by 5 digits. If you can not locate your order number please contact us

Step Two:

Select the item in your order you wish to return and provide a reason you are returning it. 

Step Three: 

Select from the available options. Options may include: Return For Exchange, Original Payment Method Refund, or Return For Store Credit. 

For exchanges you can either select the same product and select a different size if available or alternatively choose another item from the categories provided.

Once you have finished these three steps you can either submit your request and select your postal method, or select another item in your order to add in before finalizing.

What do I once I submit a request?

Once you have submitted a request, our returns team will assess the request and you will be notified via email about the outcome.
This email notification will have the return address information.

Can I drop off my return in person?

Unfortunately, our returns department is not accessible to the public. All returns will need to have a request submitted and posted back to us.

Have you received my return?
Once we have received your return you will be notified by email. We recommend holding onto your return tracking information to keep an eye on the parcel. Returns can take up to three business days to be processed. 

Can I exchange?
Yes, you can exchange your item for another item via the Skwosh Returns Centre or request a store credit to place a new order. Please note exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time the return is received.

Please note we do not cover return postage for change of mind purchases. Store credits can not be used in conjunction with other discount codes and are not applicable to shipping costs.

Where is my Order?
After you place your order you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains your order number (A####), followed by a shipment email once your order has been dispatched by the carrier that contains a tracking link or number. Please make sure these emails have not been lost in your spam folder before contacting customer service. Delivery time frames begin once the order has been picked up by the postal carrier. Please note these timeframes exclude public holidays and weekends.

If your parcel is still within the delivery window please contact the postal carrier for a delivery update. If the delivery timeframe has been exceeded contact us to also lodge an enquiry. We do our best to resolve lost or delayed order issues, however, unless the order is deemed as lost in transit by the postal carrier we can not provide a refund or replacement. 

For time sensitive occasions please order ahead of the event with Australia Post delays in mind to avoid disappointment.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

Our No Wuckas Returns Policy

  • Orders must be returned to us within 30 business days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period can not be accepted through the Skwosh Returns Centre unless the order is subject to an extended returns time frame. 
  • Once received, returns may take up to 3 business days to be processed. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition including the packaging and tags. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags & packaging, and labels plus  hygiene labels attached and have no makeup stains, fur/hair present or strong odours.
  • Items purchased using a store credit /gift card, sale items and promotional coupons are not eligible for a refund (excluding welcome codes).You will be eligible for a store credit for the item(s). All store credits are valid for 3 months from the date issued and are delivered via the email address provided on the original order.
  • Returns are not accepted in person. Our Head Office is not open to the public. 
  • Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.
  • Parcels received without return information and instructions will be returned to the sender. 
  • We do not cover the cost of the return shipping for change of mind purchases. We recommended using a shipping service with tracking as Skwosh is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
  • Mystery Packs are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless faulty. Please choose carefully and refer to the size guide provided.
  • E-Gift Cards and gift boxes are non-refundable.


Christmas Returns: 

We're accepting all Christmas returns up until 1 February 2022.

This is valid for orders placed between 1 October - 31 December 2021.

For gifted returns please contact our customer service at with the name, email, or order number ( if known ) to organize a return.

* Excludes Perth, Darwin, and rural areas see the Auspost website. Please refer to the Auspost website for cut off dates for specific regions.

We do not issue refunds on orders or shipping costs for orders still in transit or if they do not arrive in time for Christmas for orders placed after the cut off time frames or if the order has been delayed by Australia Post.
