HOW LONG DOES POSTAGE TAKE?

All our items are posted out from Sydney, Australia up to 24hours from the time the order is placed.

We post all our items via Australia Post, DHL and Fedex.

Please allow up to 24hrs for your tracking number to be sent through.

Free Express Post on all orders over $250 AUD

Regular postage
Delivered within 5 business days (Metro Areas)
Delivered within 10 business days (Rest of Australia)

Express post
Delivered within 2 business days (Metro areas)
Delivered within 3 business days (Rest of Australia)

International orders
Regular post international orders may take up to 20 business days for delivery.
Express post via Auspost usually takes between 5-10 business days for delivery.
Express post via DHL usually takes between 3-5 business days for delivery (excluding customs clearance)

Sending off to expats or gifting overseas?
Please refer to the Auspost website for cut off dates for specific regions.

We do not issue refunds on orders or shipping costs for orders still in transit or if they do not arrive in time for Christmas for orders placed after the cut off time frames or if the order has been delayed by Australia Post.

Where is my Order?

All orders should receive a confirmation email when the order is placed that contains your order number (A####). Followed by a shipment email once your order has been dispatched and processed by the courier that contains a tracking link or number. We kindly ask that you make sure these emails have not been lost in your spam folder before contacting customer service. Delivery time frames begin once accepted by the courier and  excludes public holidays and weekends.

If you parcel is still within the delivery window please contact the courier for deliver updates.

If the delivery window has been exceeded contact us to also lodge an enquiry.

For standard postage within Australia via Australia Post we can lodge after 14 business days in transit has been exceeded.

We do our best to resolve lost or delayed order issues, however, unless the order is deemed as lost in transit by the courier we can not provide a refund or replacement.
